"Brett, We would like to address your recent review and clarify a few important details. While we appreciate that you recognized our team as excellent, helpful, and friendly, there are aspects of your experience that were outside the control of our local agency. When you transferred to our office from another State Farm agency, your auto policy had already been terminated. Our team made multiple efforts to advocate on your behalf, including requesting reinstatement of the accident forgiveness discount. Unfortunately, that request was reviewed and denied at the corporate underwriting level — the same outcome you received with your previous agent. These types of determinations are made by State Farm corporate and are not decisions our local office can override. We also thoroughly explored bundling options to reduce your premium. However, as you mentioned, home insurance was not available in your area, which limited the discounts that could be applied. Additionally, participation in the Drive Safe & Save tracking program is optional, and we fully respect your decision not to enroll. We always work to find the most competitive options available within State Farm’s guidelines. However, we cannot adjust rates beyond what underwriting determines. A two-star review suggests a lack of effort or service on the part of our team, which does not accurately reflect the time, care, and advocacy provided in your situation. If you feel your positive experience with our staff deserves distinction from corporate pricing decisions, we would respectfully ask that you reconsider the rating to more accurately reflect the service you received from our local office.
